To manage scheduled appointments, the appointment data entered via Zeeg is synced to our Apple iCloud calendar.

The data is processed solely for the purpose of organizing and carrying out the agreed-upon appointments.

8. Online meetings via Zoom

When booking an appointment, you may have the option to select an online appointment via Zoom.

In this case, a Zoom meeting link will be automatically generated and used to conduct the meeting.

Participation in online meetings is voluntary.

9. Online forms and self-assessment via Jotform

We use the Jotform service to provide online forms and self-assessments.

The form data will be automatically deleted once the purpose for which it was processed has been fulfilled. Currently, data is automatically deleted after 90 days at the latest, provided there are no legal retention requirements to the contrary.


10. Automated data transfer via Make

We use the Make service to automate individual processes.

Make is used to automatically transfer data from forms to other systems we use.

This applies in particular to the transfer of selected form data between Jotform and Brevo.

Your data is processed solely for the purpose of providing the services you have requested, on the basis of your consent or for the purpose of taking pre-contractual measures.

A data processing agreement (DPA) has been concluded with the service provider.
